Methods and reproducibility
This section documents the analytical methods used across my research, including acoustic representation, vocal-sequence analysis, behavioural alignment, and reproducible project structure. It also collects software I develop and annotated resources for bioacoustics and time-series analysis.
In progress. The initial annotated resource collection is available. Method-specific overviews and individual software pages will be published after their documentation, validation examples, licences, and demonstration data are complete.

Documentation principles
- Reproducible examples that connect a biological hypothesis to an estimand, model, and diagnostic procedure.
- Explicit assumptions and limits on biological interpretation.
- Small, inspectable demonstration datasets rather than sensitive locations or unreleased primary data.
- Clear separation between exploratory visualization, descriptive analysis, predictive performance, and confirmatory inference.
- Versioned code, software environments, and outputs sufficient to reproduce each example.
Building or testing a bioacoustics method?
